Mr. Mackey, voiced by Trey Parker, is the school counsellor. He has a disproportionately large head and mumbles "M'kay" into most sentences. He speaks with a Southern accent, and he is believed to be from Louisiana. It is assumed he is at least 40 years old. He is based on Trey Parker's junior high school counselor. He has occasionally taught classes at the school. He took over the fourth grade class until Mr. Garrison returned.
